Hi. I have been with NDCHost for 11 months now as a reseller for dedicated
servers and to fulfill several of my own websites. NDCHost offers excellent
customer tools and support. When you accidentally crash your server at 4AM,
you have the ability to instantly reboot your server without needing to put
in a trouble ticket. NDC's prices are very completive and after going
through several data centers, I have found them to be the best all around.
Just to give you a quick grasp, I have held over 20 dedicated servers every
month with these guys and my clients always renew. Now I rarely fill out
testimonials, however, it seems everybody loves their speed and network NDC
sits on and I hope to continue doing business with them for another year to

It is rare you find a company that lives by the standards that all companies claim as there mission statement, but NDCHost is one of those companies. I could say a lot of things about how these guys really care, and are always ready to help, but here it is in a nut shell “If you are a small or large company that could use a Internet Big guy on your side, these are the guys”. Just wanted to let everyone know how great NDCHost (ndchost.com) has been to me over the past year. Sometimes you can't just let great service like theirs go unmentioned! I'll keep this short but if your looking for great response times, even on Sunday's and such, and a technical staff who gets the job done in no time, they are for you.
They are incredibly friendly, fast, and knowledgable people. If I need work done on one of my dedicated servers, they get in their and fix it in practically no time. They really know what they are doing.
I would check them out if I were in the market for a dedicated server or webhosting for sure. I can't speak for their shared webhosting services, as I've never used them, however if their support and handling of those accounts, is half as good as their others, then you'll love it.
Anyway, just thought I would post a little review of a good honest company. Sometimes all the reviews shouldn't be bad ones of hosts

I will continue to praise the entire NDC host team as long as the company is in business. I've never received such personable, professional, and detailed support in such a quick turnaround time! The staff always seems to have the right answers when I need them. I feel confident doing business with NDC Host. NDC Rules. Period. About a year ago I started my e-commerce site and shopped for around for a company that would not only meet my needs then, but my needs as I grew.
Well a year later I get well over 1 million page hits per month, over 600 unique visitors per day and NDC's service has been near flawless. The few times I have had issues the guys here were all over it within seconds.

We use NDC Host/cPlicensing.net to handle cPanel/WHM control panel licensing now. Rather than buying licensing direct from cPanel or from another provider... Even in the short period of time that we've been with them they've fixed major problems that we've been unable to fix. I have to say that NDCHost/cPlicensing.net is absolutely the best license provider. Not only did they match the prices I was paying before, but they provided great service. I would never consider using any other service.
